Description
vertente hospitalar.
pessoal e profissional do estagiário.

The activities developed were focused on palliative care in the hospital setting. The main theme of my report concerns the place of care and death. During about 300 hours of internship, skills related to palliative care and its main pillars of intervention were acquired. The intervention project went through a small research study where brief tests were applied in the outpatient service of the hospital of the internship team, to understand of the population bout palliative care and preferences of care. The acquisition of skills in the different key areas of palliative care is crucial for the intern's personal and professional growth.
