Description
O presente documento, relativo a realização de Estágio e Projeto, foi desenvolvido no âmbito de Mestrado em Design de Vestuário e Têxtil, e visa a apresentação dos trabalhos realizados durante o referente ano letivo 2020/2021. A realização do Estágio, decorreu durante 6 meses, na Empresa Têxtil Fitecom sediada na Covilhã, tendo o seu início em janeiro e o seu término em junho de 2021.
A concretização deste Estágio Curricular numa Empresa Têxtil, objetiva um enriquecimento mais aprofundado de conhecimentos sobre a mesma, bem como a obtenção de experiência em contexto empresarial. Em concordância com o Estágio sucedeu-se a realização de um projeto académico direcionado para a Empresa Fitecom, com o intuito de aprimorar a comunicação da Empresa a nível digital, dando uma maior ênfase aos seus produtos de forma a alcançar novos mercados, atraindo novos clientes, aprimorando dessa forma a relação com os clientes atuais.
Assim sendo, este documento está organizado em diversos títulos principais. Dentro desses títulos apresentam-se os objetivos gerais e específicos desse Estágio, o organograma, assim como o desenho de investigação/metodologia, que recai sobre uma metodologia mista intervencionista e não-intervencionista de base qualitativa, visto que foram aplicadas técnicas de pesquisa/recolha de informação e bibliografia, e de desenvolvimento de um projeto com base em conhecimentos adquiridos na formação académica.
Do Ponto 2 ao título 6, está integrado o Estado da Arte, onde contém um estudo caso de várias empresas têxteis e com uma boa presença digital, de forma a analisar as suas características, e perceber como uma forte presença digital é benéfico para as Empresas Têxteis. Seguidamente apresenta-se a “biografia” da empresa, onde está presente as características principais da mesma como por exemplo: a filosofia, valores e as suas missões. Estando igualmente identificado o público-alvo a que se destine, com que mercados trabalha, como está delineada a organização da empresa, assim como é feita a sua comunicação. Em suma, segue-se o desenvolvimento de um projeto de produção de moda/editorial, culminando com a apresentação de um catálogo digital, realizado para a empresa, com o principal foco os seus produtos e a sua filosofia, favorecendo assim um melhoramento do carácter digital da Fitecom.
Abstract : This document, related to the Internship and Project, was developed in the context of the Master in Clothing and Textile Design, and aims to present the work done during the academic year 2020/2021. The internship took place for 6 months at Fitecom Textile Company in Covilhã, starting in January and ending in June 2021. The accomplishment of this Curricular Internship in a Textile Company aims a deeper enrichment of knowledge about it, as well as obtaining experience in a business context. In accordance with the Internship succeeded the realization of an academic project directed to Fitecom Company, in order to improve the Company's communication at digital level, giving greater emphasis to their products in order to reach new markets, attracting new customers, thus improving the relationship with current customers. As such, this document is organized under several main headings. Within these headings are presented the general and specific objectives of this Internship, the organizational chart and respective Venn diagram, as well as the research design/methodology, which falls on a mixed interventionist and non- interventionist methodology with a qualitative base, since techniques of research/collection of information and bibliography were applied, and the development of a project based on knowledge acquired in academic training. From Point 2 to Title 6, the State of the Art is integrated, containing a case study of several textile companies with a good digital presence, to analyze their characteristics, and to understand how a strong digital presence is beneficial for Textile Companies. Next is the "biography" of the company, where the main characteristics of the company are presented, such as its philosophy, values, and missions. It also identifies its target audience, which markets it works with, how the company's organization is designed, and how its communication is carried out. In summary, the development of a fashion/editorial production project follows, culminating with the presentation of a digital catalog, made for the company, with the focus its products and its philosophy, thus favoring an improvement of Fitecom's digital character.
