Description
mesmas características e enfrentem as mesmas necessidades.
Abstract : This report aims to present the work done for the Grail in terms of recognizing the use of communication design in a professional context associated with non-profit organizations and/or associations. It is also intended to put into practice the knowledge acquired to contribute to the knowledge in graphic design, identifying the contributions and effectiveness of the artifacts developed throughout the internship. Based on some initial questions such as: "How can Design artefacts improve the effectiveness of the Grail messages?" or "How can information be visually adapted to raise awareness among the largest possible number of recipients?", non-interventionist and interventionist methodologies were used. In the former, methods were used such as the literature review, which allowed to deepen knowledge in study, with relevance in the various sub-themes addressed, case studies selected considering the means of action and the themes. In the interventional methodologies, generative methods were used, such as active research and diary recording. At the end, through the evaluative method of results analysis, conclusions and recommendations for future studies were obtained. The main results consist of the direct and internal approach as an added value for non-profit associations, establishing a current communication in each project and that at the same time solutions are found to reach a larger target audience, not neglecting the objectives, concepts and needs of the organization. It was also possible to see the differences between the permanence of a designer in the association versus a subcontractor, which gave rise to a flowchart, with the main steps to take and some strategies to apply at each stage, making a new methodology known to the organization, so that it can later apply it. We are convinced that this work methodology can also serve as a model for other organizations that have the same characteristics and face the same needs.
