Description
A presente proposta tem como objeto de estudo a estratégia de comunicação das empresas, focando-se particularmente numa empresa de design denominada Formiginquieta, situada na cidade de Leiria.
Para o estudo, foi utilizada uma metodologia mista, tendo esta uma componente não-intervencionista, correspondente ao enquadramento teórico, onde é abordada a revisão da literatura e outra intervencionista, que compreende toda a componente do estágio
O estágio relaciona-se com a área do design gráfico e decorreu na empresa Formiginquieta, situada em Leiria.
Através da interação com a empresa e as pessoas que a constituem, foi possível observar e analisar todo o processo da sua estratégia de comunicação.
Este estudo centra-se sobretudo na reflexão de como os fatores tempo, recursos e investimento financeiro podem afetar a qualidade da estratégia a desenvolver para as PME.
Através deste relatório, pretende-se contribuir para o conhecimento sobre o impacto do tempo para o projeto, das componentes do mesmo e dos recursos humanos dedicados ao nível da robustez da estratégia e vulnerabilidade da marca.
Abstract : The present proposal has as object of study the communication strategy of companies, focusing particularly on a design company called Formiginquieta, located in the city of Leiria. For the study, a mixed methodology was used, having a non-interventionist component, corresponding to the theoretical framework, where the literature review is addressed, and another interventionist component, which includes all the internship component. The internship relates to the area of graphic design and took place in the company Formiginquieta, located in Leiria. Through the interaction with the company and its people, it was possible to observe and analyze the whole process of its communication strategy. This study focuses mainly on reflecting on how the factors of time, resources and financial investment can affect the quality of the strategy to be developed for SMEs. Through this report, we intend to contribute to the knowledge about the impact of the time for the project, its components and the human resources dedicated to the level of strategy robustness and brand vulnerability
