Description
Throughout the ages, human beings have tried to find ways to control the forces of nature, both in the Netherlands by building dams to increase the cultivation area and sustain the sea, as in the discovery of fire. The news often gives us information about urban fires, sometimes in old buildings, some of which are vacant, and which spread to adjacent buildings, leading to great damage, whether material or loss of human life, or even damage to cultural heritage. Losses that become virtually irreparable. It is therefore essential to identify fire hazards in buildings. Thus, there are specific methodologies that allow us to know and control the problems detected, in order to ensure the most effective fire safety in buildings. In this sense, this work intends to evaluate the safety of a building, according to risk analysis methods such as the ARICA method, the Gretener method and the FRAME method and also according to the Legal Regime for Fire Safety in Buildings (RJSCIE). The main objective of the presented study is to determine the negative aspects in terms of Fire Safety, to allow that in the future this safety can be improved.
