Description
fundamentais no processo ensino-aprendizagem. A
maioria dos docentes considerou ter necessidades
de formação nesta área
Abstract The state of emergency due to Covid-19 pandemic caused the suspension of face-to-face activities at higher education institutions, forcing some professors to adopt new methodologies through remote education. Objetive To describe the perceptions of the Higher School of Health Dr. Lopes Dias teachers about the implementation of remote teaching. Materials and Methods Quantitative and descriptive study formed by a nonprobabilistic sample, for convenience of 36 teachers who voluntarily agreed to respond to an online survey, through Google Forms. Main Results The majority of the teachers, about 72,2% considered that they were adequately prepared (very well, well or reasonably prepared) to use digital methodologies. However, 75% of them considered that they needed training. Conclusion Remote learning through digital technologies, has become an alternative for more teachers, but does not replace physical presence and classroom personal interaction that are important factors in the teaching-learning process. The majority of teachers consider that they need to acquire knowledge in digital methodologies.
