Description
O presente relatório de estágio, parte integrante da unidade curricular de Prática
de Ensino Supervisionada e do Projeto do Ensino Artístico do Mestrado em Ensino da
Música – instrumento e classe de conjunto – espelha o trabalho realizado na Casa Pia
de Lisboa bem como a investigação desenvolvida com o título “A meditação como
estratégia de regulação emocional nas aulas de Prática Instrumental Coletiva” no ano
letivo de 2018/2019.
O relatório divide-se em duas partes: a primeira, relativa à Prática de Ensino
Supervisionada, apresenta a contextualização histórica, classe de violino, classe de
conjunto e planos de aula com respetivas reflexões. A primeira parte finda com uma
reflexão final à prática pedagógica.
A segunda parte do relatório incide sobre o tema “A meditação como estratégia de
regulação emocional nas aulas de Prática Instrumental Coletiva”. Esta secção divide-se
em quatro partes. Primeiramente, são apresentados os objetivos e problemática do
estudo. Na segunda parte, é exposto o enquadramento teórico subjacente ao tema em
estudo, abarcando as emoções e regulação das mesmas, a meditação e as aulas de
conjunto. Seguidamente, é exposto o Plano de Investigação bem como a metodologia
utilizada no presente relatório. Foi realizada uma investigação-ação, implementada
desde fevereiro até ao término das atividades letivas. Por fim, é apresentada a análise
e discussão dos dados, que apontam para uma melhoria significativa das capacidades
de concentração e regulação emocional dos alunos.
Abstract : The present report is part of the units of Supervised Teaching Practice and Artistic Studies Project of the Masters’ Degree in Music Education. It mirrors not only the work developed in Casa Pia de Lisboa (Lisbon, Portugal), but also the research conducted in the academic year of 2018/2019 titled “The meditation as a strategy of emotional regulation on classes of Collective Instrumental Practice”. The report is divided in two parts. The first, regarding the Supervised Teaching Practice, presents a historic background, violin classes, group classes, and includes the plans of the classes and respective notes. This part is concluded with an overall reflection on the pedagogical practice. The second part focus on the thematic of “The meditation as a strategy of emotional regulation in classes of Collective Instrumental Practice”. It is divided in four parts. Firstly, the goals and the problematics of the study are presented. On the second part, the theoretical background is exposed, including references to emotions and their regulation, meditation and group classes. Subsequently, the research plan as well as the methodology used in this report will be explained. An action-investigation was carried out since February throughout the end of school activities. Finally, the data analysis and discussion are presented, which points to a significant improvement of the students’ ability to concentrate and emotionally regulate.
