Para os alunos com Necessidades Educativas Especiais (NEE), as Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação (TIC) representam um elemento decisivo na normalização das condições de vida e oferecem a estes alunos uma possibilidade única de aceder ao currículo. A flexibilização e personalização da aprendizagem em Ambientes Pessoais de Aprendizagem Adaptados (APPAd) providencia aprendizagens centradas no aluno, acessíveis particularmente aos alunos com Dificuldades Intelectuais e Desenvolvimentais (DID). Neste artigo procuramos fazer uma reflexão, assente na investigação mais recentemente realizada na área das TIC e Educação, sobre o potencial das TIC, e em particular dos APPAds, como instrumentos de Inclusão.
For students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are a decisive element in normalizing living conditions and offer these students a unique opportunity to access the curriculum. Flexibility and personalization of learning in Adapted Personal Learning Environments (APLE) provide student-centered learning, particularly accessible to students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this article we seek to reflect, based on the most recent research conducted in the area of ICT and Education, about the potential of ICT, and in particular APLEs, as instruments of Inclusion.
