Relatório de Estágio apresentado à Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco para cumprimento dos requisitos necessários à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Educação Pré-escolar e Ensino no 1º ciclo do Ensino Básico.
O presente Relatório de Estágio surge no âmbito da nossa Prática Supervisionada em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, integrada no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, lecionado na Escola Superior de Educação de Castelo Branco. A Prática Supervisionada em Educação Pré-Escolar foi desenvolvida com um grupo de crianças de 3 anos de idade. A Prática de Ensino Supervisionada em Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico decorreu numa turma de 3.º ano do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, em que foi desenvolvida a nossa investigação “Contos de animais dos países lusófonos - Promoção de uma educação intercultural no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico”. A presente investigação pretende, acima de tudo, compreender e analisar a forma como os contos tradicionais com animais de países lusófonos contribuem para a aquisição de aprendizagens interculturais em crianças do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Os principais objetivos deste estudo são: promover a sensibilidade à diversidade cultural em alunos do 1.º CEB através de contos tradicionais; descrever a influência dos contos de animais dos países lusófonos em aprendizagens interculturais em alunos do 1.º CEB; analisar a importância dos contos de animais para a motivação na aprendizagem dos alunos do 1.º CEB; desenvolver atitudes de respeito pelo Outro em alunos do 1.º CEB; desenvolver atitudes de respeito pelo meio ambiente em alunos do 1.º CEB. Os contos tradicionais alimentam a imaginação dos leitores e abrem espaços simbólicos para que estes se possam compreender a si mesmos e ao mundo que os rodeia. A utilização de contos de animais prende-se com o facto de os animais atraírem muito a atenção das crianças e, de uma forma geral, criarem facilmente relações de afetividade com eles. A opção metodológica desenvolvida foi a investigação-ação, onde o investigador dá especial importância à prática, não descurando a reflexão, que pretende identificar problemas e planear estratégias para os ultrapassar. Deste modo, os dados foram recolhidos através de notas de campo, registos audiovisuais e registos gráficos (guiões dos alunos). Por fim, para dar resposta aos objetivos da investigação, procedeu-se à análise e interpretação dos dados recolhidos.
This Internship Report is part of our Supervised Practice in Pre-School Education and Teaching in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, integrated in the Master's Degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, taught at Escola Superior de Educação de Castelo Branco. The Supervised Practice in Pre-School Education was developed with a group of 3 year old children. The Supervised Teaching Practice in Primary School was developed in a 3rd year class of the 1st Cycle of Basic School, in which our research was developed "Tales of animals from Portuguese-speaking countries - Promotion of intercultural education in the 1st Cycle of Basic School". This research aims, above all, to understand and analyse how traditional tales with animals from Portuguese-speaking countries contribute to the acquisition of intercultural learning in children from the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. The main objectives of this study are: to promote sensitivity to cultural diversity in 1st CEB students through traditional tales; to describe the influence of animal tales from Portuguese-speaking countries on intercultural learning in 1st CEB students; to analyse the importance of animal tales for motivation in 1st CEB students' learning; to develop attitudes of respect for the Other in 1st CEB students; to develop attitudes of respect for the environment in 1st CEB students. Traditional short stories feed the imagination of readers and open up symbolic spaces so that they can understand themselves and the world around them. The use of animal tales is related to the fact that animals attract a lot of attention from children and, in general, they easily create affective relationships with them. The methodological option developed was action-research, where the researcher gives special importance to practice, not neglecting reflection, which aims to identify problems and plan strategies to overcome them. In this way, data were collected through field notes, audiovisual records and graphic records (student scripts). Finally, in order to meet the objectives of the research, the data collected was analysed and interpreted.
