Description
The main objective of this research was to evaluate the attitudes of students without disability in Physical Education, as a inclusive context. The variables of gender and type of disability were analyzed. This study also intends to contribute to the understanding of the concept of inclusion, and may contribute to future research. The sample was selected in a public school and is composed by 37 individuals of both genders, whose classes have students with Special Educational Needs, participating in Physical Education. In this research were applied two instruments, an exploratory interview that was the basis for the construction of a questionnaire. The results show that there are differences in attitudes, varying in gender and type of disability. In conclusion, this study is fundamental as a way of gauging the attitudes of students without disability, since they are one of the main agents for the construction of the inclusion process.
