Description
O vestuário profissional, é constituído por várias definições, a mais fácil de entender será fardamento. Nos dias de hoje o fardamento é um elemento importante nas mais diversas funções e cargos. Através do fardamento, é possível promover uma determinada imagem e transmitir valores. Mas a principal função, será a de proteger o seu usuário, para que tal aconteça, o criação de fardamento requer inúmeros estudos a nível das características físicas do usuário e local de trabalho. Um fardamento bem concebido, permite um melhor desempenho das funções a que o usuário está destinado, assim como o pode proteger de situações e perigos adversos. A Celtejo é uma empresa com quase 50 anos de conhecimento e experiência na produção de pasta de papel, encontrando-se na vanguarda tecnológica sendo reconhecida internacionalmente pela superior qualidade dos seus produtos. A empresa pretende a inovação do seu fardamento, e a possibilidade de proporcionar, melhor qualidade de trabalho aos seus colaboradores. Para que tal aconteça no presente estudo, a mestranda analisa diversas áreas associadas à criação de fardamento. O foco principal foi a Ergonomia e a Antropometria associadas à criação de vestuário, são áreas presentes no design, e que cada vez mais, são pontos de estudo nas mais diversas áreas. Foi importante para o projeto conhecer as instalações da Celtejo, ouvir opiniões, e identificar problemas. A realização de um inquérito aos colaboradores, permitiu também analisar outros pontos, a melhorar. Após os estudos feitos, iniciou-se a criação da proposta de fardamento, de forma a dar resposta ás necessidades apresentadas. Mantendo a imagem corporativa, são apresentadas peças, com características funcionais, com maior conforto, e que permitem aos seus usuários uma maior proteção.
Abstract : The professional clothing, it is constituted by several definitions, easiest of opinion it will be a uniform. On the days of today the uniform is an important element in more several functions and posts. Through the uniform, it is possible to promote a determined image and to transmit values. But the main function, it will be her of protecting his user, for what about happen, uniform creation applies for countless studies in terms of the physical characteristics of user and work place. A quite conceived uniform, allow a better performance of the functions to which the user is destined, as well as it can protect it of situations and averse dangers. The Celtejo is an enterprise with almost 50 years of knowledge and experience in the production of pulp of paper, being in the technological vanguard being recognized internationally by the superior quality of his products. The enterprise claims the innovation of his uniform, and the possibility to provide, good quality of work to his collaborators. For what about happen in the present study, the master student analyses several areas associated to the creation of uniform. The main focus was to Ergonomics and the Anthropometry associated to the clothing creation, there are present areas in the design, and that more and more, several areas are points of study in more. It was important for the project to know the installations of the Celtejo, to hear opinions, and to identify problems. The realization of an inquiry, allowed to the collaborators also to analyse other points, improving. After the done studies, there began the creation of the proposal of uniform, of form when presented necessities were giving answer ás. Maintaining the corporative image, pieces are presented, with functional characteristics, with bigger comfort, and that they allow to his users a bigger protection.
