Description
O presente relatório de estágio pretende divulgar os projetos desenvolvidos na empresa Dielmar, bem como novos métodos e estratégias de divulgação da marca implementados pela equipa pioneira de design gráfico.
Encontrando-se no mercado há cerca de cinquenta anos, a Dielmar, situada em Alcains, Castelo Branco caracteriza-se por uma empresa de vestuário masculino de segmento médio/alto. Apresentando-se como a única empresa de alfaiataria por medida do país, com mercados internacionais, pretende divulgar uma imagem única, moderna e inovadora. Como tal, o presente estágio contribuiu para o desenvolvimento de projetos que possibilitaram uma imagem mais apelativa da empresa, divulgando os serviços prestados por esta. A Dielmar teve como objetivo delinear um projeto inovador, que começa pela criação de uma equipa de design gráfico nunca antes existente na empresa. O plano delineado começa pelo redesign dos elementos gráficos existentes na empresa e a introdução de formas inovadoras e mais apelativas de comunicar um produto ou serviço sem perder a sua identidade.
Paralelamente ao programa de estágio, foi desenvolvido um estudo sobre a temática “comunicação corporativa integrada”: foi efetuada uma análise de como é elaborada a comunicação de uma empresa ligada ao design de moda no setor masculino. Neste estudo, foi realizada uma análise dos meios de comunicação utilizados para divulgar o produto têxtil masculino, isto é, as cores e os elementos a utilizar, a linguagem, a forma de captar a atenção dos clientes, entre outros aspetos.
Sendo a Dielmar o tema principal de estudo, ao realizar uma investigação das suas estratégias de marketing e comunicação e o impacto que criam no público, destacaram-se alguns aspetos positivos e negativos, como tal, foi necessário analisar os mercados concorrentes de forma a obter informações acerca dos métodos mais eficazes na divulgação de uma marca, produto e serviços.
Abstract : This internship report intends to publicize the projects developed in the Dielmar company, as well as new methods and strategies for brand promotion implemented by the pioneering graphic design team. Having been in the market for about fifty years, the Dielmar, located in Alcains, Castelo Branco is characterized by a medium / high-end men's clothing company. Introducing itself as the only tailor-made tailoring company in the country, with international markets, it intends to spread a unique, modern and innovative image. As such, the present stage contributed to the development of projects that enabled a more appealing image of the company, publicizing the services provided by the company. Dielmar aimed to outline an innovative project, which begins with the creation of a graphic design team never before in the company. The outlined plan begins with the redesign of the existing graphic elements in the company and the introduction of innovative and more appealing ways of communicating a product or service without losing its identity. Parallel to the internship program, a study was carried out on the theme of "integrated corporate communication": an analysis was made of how a communication about a fashion design company in the male sector is elaborated. In this study, an analysis was made of the means of communication used to disseminate the masculine textile product, that is, the colors and elements to be used, the language, the way of attracting the attention of the clients, among other aspects. As Dielmar is the main topic of study, when conducting an investigation of its marketing and communication strategies and the impact they create in the public, some positive and negative aspects were highlighted, as it was necessary to analyze the competing markets in order to obtain Information about the most effective methods of brand, product and service disclosure.
