Description
As situações de indisciplina escolar constituem um desafio pedagógico atual para a prática pedagógica do professor, não só pelos sentimentos que geram (stresse, inquietação, ansiedade, angústia, impotência), mas também porque coloca no desempenho das funções docentes a procura de respostas e estratégias para as atenuar. Este texto consiste num estudo de caso, na perspetiva da investigação-ação do paradigma educacional (aplicação do Plano de Intervenção), no âmbito da metodologia qualitativa. Analisámos dois alunos considerados indisciplinados (aluno A – Carlos e aluno B – Rafael) no contexto escolar (turma do 4.º ano do 1.º CEB) de uma escola da cidade de Castelo Branco, durante o ano letivo 2012/13.
Pretendemos identificar as causas/motivos que levam esses alunos a cometerem atos de indisciplina, além de analisarmos a influência que têm esses atos no seu rendimento escolar.
Estabelecemos observações a situações concretas, visando possíveis linhas orientadoras de ação para prevenir ou resolver situações de indisciplina, desrespeito, desobediência ou incumprimento de normas na sala de aula, com os seguintes objetivos: compreender a indisciplina escolar em dois alunos do 1.º CEB; verificar as condutas mais frequentes de indisciplina ou incumprimento das normas; analisar os comportamentos de indisciplina desses dois alunos.
ABSTRACT - The situations of school indiscipline are a current pedagogical challenge for the teacher's pedagogic practice, not only because they generate feelings of stress, restlessness, anxiety and helplessness, but also because they require the search for answers and strategies to mitigate them. This text is a case study, from the perspective of research-action of the educational paradigm (applying the Intervention plan), in the framework of qualitative methodology. We analyzed two students considered undisciplined (A student – Carlos and student B – Rafael) in the school context (class of 4th year of 1st CEB) of a school in the city of Castelo Branco, during the school year 2012/13. We intend to identify the causes / reasons why these students commit acts of indiscipline, and analyzed the influence of these acts in their school performance. We present observations to particular situations, seeking possible guidelines for action to prevent or resolve situations of indiscipline, disrespect, disobedience or breach of standards in the classroom, with the following objectives: understand the school indiscipline in two students of the 1st CEB; identify the most frequent behaviors of indiscipline or breach of standards; analyze the disruptive behaviors of these two students.
