Description
Visando contribuir com os estudos e pesquisas da relação entre
o design e as tecnologias para ensino esse artigo utilizou as referências da
gestão de design como base teórica e metodológica para produção e
análise de produtos e apresenta uma proposta de como invesgar valor
em plataformas digitais de ensino por meio de uma abordagem gerencial
do design. Objetiva analisar a oferta de ensino informal disponível na
internet, em português, para acesso e hospedagem de cursos livres
dirigidas a adultos. A metodologia ulizada foi a de estudo de caso
explanatório com análise descritiva em vistas a gerar apontamentos
sobre potencialidades e fragilidades de quatro plataformas de ensino
colaboravo. As plataformas foram selecionadas sob os critérios da
relação de valor, tanto pela perspecva da Gestão Operacional do Design
- produção e comunicação e quando em relação às Prácas de Ensino
Informal em novas mídias digitais - livre acesso e ações colaborativas. Os
casos analisados revelaram o design e os investimentos em recursos
visuais, o tratamento e disponibilização dos conteúdos em práticas
colaborativas bem como a gratuidade e facilidade de acesso como
aspectos para diferenciação e geração de valor nas plataformas
analisadas.
ABSTRACT: To contribute to studies and research of the relationship between design and technologies for education this article used the reference design management as a theoretical and methodological base for production and product analysis and presents a proposal for how to investigate value on digital platiorms education By means of a management design approach. It aims to analyze the offer of formal education available on the internet, in Portuguese, to access and hosting free courses aimed at adults. The methodology used was the explanatory case study with descripve analysis in order to generate notes on strengths and weaknesses four collaborative learning platiorms. The platiorms were selected under the value ratio criteria, both from the perspective of Operational Management of Design - production and communication and, in relation to the Informal Education Practices in new digital media – the free access and collaborative action. The cases analyzed revealed the design and investments in visuals, treatment and availability of content in collaborative practices as well as the generosity and accessibility as aspects of differentiation and value creation in the analyzed plaorms.
