Description
RESUMO: Com base numa abordagem qualitativa a práticas criativas
análise histórica contextual, a primeira parte deste artigo evidencia três
ABSTRACT: Base on a qualitative approach to traditional creative practices grounded on a participatory research-action, Capulanar is the result of a case study derived from a research project within our Ph.D in Design at the School of Architecture of the University of Lisbon. From an historical contextualization, the first part of this article emphasizes three key-concepts of Co-design, Slow-fashion and Affectivity associated by the author to the creation and production of capulana. Yet, the second part draws its contents from the theoretical approaches from Fletcher (2008) and Fuad-Luke (2009) to Sustainability and it describes the results of Capulanar, a co-creative training program which pedagogical action of Co-design links the socio-cultural concepts intrinsic to capulana to the key-no tions of Sustainability proposed by the same authors. The results of this action will henceforth constitute a plataform for a proficuous discussion about the importance of Co-design in the regeneration of Culture and Identity as core values in the actual (re)creation of new models of Fashionable capulanas.
