Description
A busca pictórica traz a reflexão sobre seus limites e escolhas
feitas a partir de interesses e crenças, concomitantes ao processo do
autoconhecimento. Ao explorar a transição entre os hábitos de
reprodução de imagens à criação de composições originais, a abordagem
de tutoria é trabalhada de forma diferencial, com o fim de aliar o
autoconhecimento às expressões plásticas em seus elementos criativos.
Um caso de estudo exploratório: coaching em experiência no Atelier de
Artes Tamar Prouse, junto à comunidade da Vila Verde e Barbudo,
Portugal, para que os resultados alcançassem um ciclo mais completo:
inspirações na História da Arte, realização das obras e a exposição “Arte
em Cores”, realizada na Biblioteca Municipal da vila, com Vernissage,
presença de autoridade política, cobertura de imprensa e obras abertas a
críticas e a vendas. Embora apoie como as características peculiares de
cada faixa etária agregam valor a uma inserção coletiva em sua
diversidade, o desenvolvimento individual se desdobra em termos de
autoconhecimento e de autoestima, além da autoconfiança do artista, as
motivações são ancoradas por projetos instigantes, suficientes para que
se produzam resultados inspirados. Os meios poderiam ser
operacionalizados com a realização de programas e concursos culturais
direcionados agregados ao processo de coaching dos artistas. Essa
abordagem foi limitada a um período curto, contraindicado diante do
aprofundamento nas motivações e transformações do artista. Os
participantes manifestaram satisfação e curiosidade sobre as questões
que foram semeadas ao longo dessa jornada, porém, demandaria mais
tempo e envolvimento de stakeholders potenciais para estruturação de
projetos motivadores que suportassem essa conjugação elaborada.
ABSTRACT : The pictorial search brings the reflection about its limits and choices made from interests and beliefs, concomitant to the process of self-knowledge. By exploring the transition between image reproduction habits and the creation of original compositions, the tutorial approach is worked on differently, in order to combine self-knowledge with plastic expressions in their creative elements. A case study exploration: coaching in experience at the Tamar Prouse Atelier of Arts, near the community of Vila Verde and Barbudo, Portugal, so that the results reach a more complete cycle: inspirations in the History of Art, the realization of the works and the exhibition " Art in Colors ", held in the Municipal Library of the village, with Vernissage, presence of political authority, press coverage and works open to criticism and sales. Although I support how the peculiar characteristics of each age group add value to a collective insertion in its diversity, individual development unfolds in terms of selfknowledge and self-esteem, as well as the self-confidence of the artist, motivations are anchored by projects that are thought-provoking enough to inspired results. The means could be operationalized with the realization of directed cultural programs and contests in the coaching process of the artists. This approach was limited to a period of approximately two semesters, contraindicated by the deepening of the artist's motivations and transformations. Participants expressed satisfaction and curiosity about the issues that were sown during this journey, but it would require more time and involvement of potential stakeholders to structure motivating projects that would support this elaborate conjugation.
